Each reservation may request one free parking space. Your parking pass will be included with your check-in package if you made parking arrangements with us in advance. You may also make arrangements for parking at any time during office hours. To arrange a parking pass in advance please contact Guest Services at (604) 891-6153 or email@example.com.
If you check in after hours and you did not arrange a parking pass you may purchase a visitor parking pass from the ticket machine on site. Please come to the Guest Services office on the next day business day to arrange a free parking pass for the rest of your stay.
Please display your parking pass clearly on your dash while you are parked. You may only park only in the parking stall assigned to you. Leaving your car in any other spot may result in your car being towed.
At The Residences on Georgia you can enter the parking garage from Bute St. or Jervis St. Pass through the second residential parking gate to find your assigned parking spot.
The parking entrance for The Palisades can be found at 1288 Alberni St. The driveway and parking garage are one-way please observe the signs. Pass through the second residential parking gate to find your assigned parking spot.
Parking on P1 is paid parking only and you may use these spots by purchasing a ticket at the ticket vending machine on site. You will be towed or ticketed by the local towing company that monitors the area if you park in a spot that is not assigned to you or if you park in P1 in a spot that you have not bought a parking ticket for.
Check-In Parking At The Residence on Georgia
Enter the parking garage on Jervis St. between Georgia St. and Alberni St. Dial #+9000 at the parking gate and the concierge will give you access to the parking garage. The check-in parking spots are the first three spots on your left (if you enter at Bute they are the last three spots on your right). To get to the Guest Services office, walk down the ramp across from these parking spots and enter the building through the doors on your right. Dial #+9000 again for building access and come to our rental office beside the concierge desk on level 1 to check-in and reserve a pass for the duration of your stay.
Check-In Parking At The Palisade
For check-in parking at The Palisades, please pull into the driveway and use of the temporary spots located between the two towers. If these spots are full, street parking is also available.
Occupied Parking Spaces
If someone else is in your parking spot, please do not choose another spot for yourself. Park in the 30-minute guest parking and speak to Guest Services or to the concierge. If you are in a spot that is not assigned to you, you are at risk of being towed by the towing company that monitors the area.
Please observe the time limits posted on check-in parking and in loading zones. These time limits are strictly observed by building strata and the towing companies that monitor the area.
Pay parking is available on parking level 1 of the Residences on Georgia and The Palisades for your guests and for additional vehicles. You may purchase a ticket at the ticket machine on site. Street parking is also available on Alberni St. and in the area.
Parking for your Visitors
Please ask your guests to enter your door entry code on the keypad for entrance to the underground parking area. You can find your door entry code on your check-in package. Push “9” on the phone in your room to allow them access. Pay parking is available on parking level 1 of the Residences on Georgia and The Palisades for your guests and for additional vehicles. Street parking is also available in the area.
