Our modern and stylish furnished apartments are centrally located in Downtown Vancouver, in two condominium towers in Downtown Vancouver: The Residences on Georgia and The Palisades, in the most sought after and safest neighbourhoods in Downtown Vancouver.
Situated within the Coal Harbour area, you’ll be within walking distance from major destinations including Stanley Park, Canada Place, English Bay Beach, Vancouver Art Gallery, Gastown and Chinatown.
Love to shop? A short stroll will take you to the trendiest shopping district at Robson Street, to the high-end shops on Alberni Street, and to the Pacific Centre Mall. Home of over 100 shops including three large department stores – Nordstrom, Hudson’s Bay, and Holt Renfrew – Pacific Centre is the ultimate family-friendly shopping destination.
Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, linens and towels, housekeeping, a portable air conditioner, free Wi-Fi, free local phone calls, secured underground parking and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, our 24/7 building amenities offer a fully-equipped fitness centre, meeting rooms and concierge service.
If you’re looking to bring along your family dog, we’ve got you covered! Pets are welcome to stay in our pet-friendly assigned suites. All that’s required is an additional cleaning fee that will be requested at check-in.
When making your reservation, please keep in mind that our apartments must be booked for a minimum of 30 nights. In order to book your reservation, you will have to submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. In case you should have to cancel for any reason, you will have until 7 days prior to your arrival to do so.
The suites in our towers are fully furnished and available for anyone looking to stay for 30 nights or longer. If you’d like to extend your stay, please contact our Sales and Reservations department as soon as possible to check availability and secure your booking. While our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm, you are more than welcome to inquire about early or late check-in options, including availability and fees.
