Vancouver Extended Stay operates at The Residences on Georgia and at The Palisades which is just across the street on the Alberni side of the street.
All check-ins should go to 1288 West Georgia St. to check in at The Residences on Georgia, unless you will be staying at The Palisades and you will be ckecking-in on the weekend or after 6:00 p.m.

After-Hours & Weekend Check-in at The Residences on Georgia
If you check in on the weekend or after 6:00 p.m., the concierge at The Residences on Georgia will have your check-in package. This package will include your keys, check-in documents, and important information for your stay with us. The concierge desk is located on level 1 at 1288 West Georgia St. beside the Guest Services Office. You may be issued a temporary room card which will only be valid until the end of the following business day. You will receive a room key that will be valid for the duration of your stay when you complete the check-in process. Please visit our Guest Services Office to complete the check-in process during office hours on the next business day.

After-Hours & Weekend Check-in at The Palisades
If you check in on the weekend or after 6:00 p.m. the concierge at The Palisades will have your check-in package. The concierge is located at 1288 Alberni St. on the main level. You may have been issued a temporary fob which will only be valid until the end of the following business day. You will receive a building access fob that will be valid for the duration of your stay when you complete the check-in process. Please visit our Guest Services Office at 1288 West Georgia on the following business day to complete the check-in. Arrival By Taxi
There is no stopping allowed on West Georgia St. during business hours and the stairs at the front entrance may be difficult for you to bring up your bags. Please have your taxi drop you off at 1288 West Georgia Street at the Alberni St. entrance. Press #+9000 for entrance into the building and take the elevator to down to level 1 where you will find the concierge.
Arrival By Car
If you are arriving by car during office hours, we have 30-minute check-in parking available in the underground parking at the Residences on Georgia. To use one of these spaces, enter the parking garage on Jervis St. between Georgia St. and Alberni St. Dial #9000 and the concierge will give you access to the parking garage. The check-in parking spots are the first three spots on your left. Walk down the ramp across from these parking spots and enter the building through the doors on your right. Dial #9000 again for building access, and come to our Guest Services office beside the concierge desk on level 1.
If you know you will be staying at The Palisades you may use on of the 30 minute parking spots there while you pick up your check-in package.

1. Suite Inspection Report
It is very important to inspect your room and complete The Suite Inspection Report form, which can be found in your check-in package. Completing this inspection report will help us give you the best service and protect you from being billed for damages that may have been incurred prior to your arrival. Failing to complete this form may result in your full liability for the suite’s condition upon your departure. Please deliver the completed form to the Guest Services office within 48 hours of your arrival.
2. Building Bylaws
All of our suites are required to follow the bylaws set forth by their respective Strata Corporation. Please inquire the front desk for a copy of these.
There is absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed in any of our suites, on balconies in common areas of the building and within 6 meters of doors and air intakes. We ask for your understanding on this matter. Should you choose to smoke on the premises, there will be a $500 penalty for each offence.
Pets are allowed in some suites, but they must be declared at check-in. There is a pet cleaning fee associated with your pet’s stay. Please speak to Guest Services for more details. In accordance with Strata bylaws excess noise made by pets may result in fines.
For stays of less than 30 days, we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable. The remaining 80% is due seven days prior to your arrival. For stays of 30 days or more we require a $1,000 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your first month’s stay is due seven days prior to your arrival.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than seven days prior to your arrival, the full amount of your stay will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their booking up to a maximum of 30 nights with no refunds.
7. Extending Your Stay
If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our Sales and Reservations department as soon as possible to secure your booking. All extensions are based on availability.
