Vancouver Extended Stay: Quick Tips
Are you planning an upcoming trip to Vancouver? While staying with our team at Vancouver Extended Stay, we work hard to ensure your visit is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Prior to checking-in, through to checking-out, we’re here to assist you in planning a smooth, stress-free visit. To get you started, our team has compiled some helpful quick tips:
Reservations
Located in the heart of beautiful Vancouver, we offer accommodation that provides the luxury of a hotel alongside the comforts of home. At minimum, our apartments can be booked for 30 nights. Should you need to cancel, you have until 7 days prior to your arrival, although deposits are non-refundable. If you’re travelling with a pet, just let us know, and we will place you in a pet-friendly room.
Check-In
Standard check-in is 3pm, although we can be flexible if need be. Just ask us about our early check-in options, fees, and availability!
Check-in is located on the first level of 1288 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC.
Stay Information
- No Smoking: please note Vancouver Extended Stay is smoke-free. We do not allow smoking of any kind in any of our suites, on balconies, in common areas of the building, or within 6 meters of the doors. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
- Sort Your Garbage: Conveniently located within the building, discarding garbage isn’t a hassle. If staying at The Residences on Georgia: take the elevator down to P1 and go to the Garbage/Recycling Room. If staying at The Palisades: Please put your garbage in small bags and put them in the “refuse drop”, available on every floor near the elevator. For your recyclables, please go to recycling on ground level.
- Housekeeping: We are happy to provide bi-weekly housekeeping services, typically completed between Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Additional housekeeping is available for a fee, however, and can be easily arranged.
- Parking: If required, please request parking prior to arrival. You will receive a designated spot in a secure, underground location.
Other Services
Our furnished apartments are move-in ready and available in a variety of styles. We provide all of the necessary basics, including linens and towels, kitchenware, in-suite laundry, Wifi, telephone, and cable.
