Soft Peaks Ice Cream:
Soft Peaks is Vancouver’s only ice cream shop twisting up soft serve made from local, organic milk and premium toppings! So tasty and refreshing it’s hard to believe their ice cream is all-natural (and low-cal!) Whether you’re in the mood for their “Sunrise In California”, or their “North Pole Breakfast” – be sure to sweeten up your next stroll through Gastown.
Mister:
Looking for an Instagram-worthy treat? We have just the spot for you. Mister, which debuted several years ago in Yaletown, is known for using liquid nitrogen to create its original flavours! They rethink the way ice cream is created with presentation and taste that takes dessert to a whole new level. Some fan-favourites include their s’mores bars, and extra crispy brûleée ice cream cups!
La Casa Gelato:
This iconic pink building is home to a world record 238 gelato flavours! They first opened their doors in 1982, with only 12 different flavours of gelato and sorbetto. Nearly 40 years later, they now hold the Guiness World Record for “Most Commercially Available Flavours” The flavour choices are staggering – and some even shocking! But it’s safe to say there is something for everyone. This is a must-visit on your next trip to Vancouver Extended Stay.
