Located in the happening neighbourhood of Yaletown, Minami’s hidden patio is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sit back and relax while their team of traditionally trained Japanese chefs serve you the city’s finest Aburi cuisine. Fun fact: they introduced the Aburi style (flame-seared) technique to Vancouver’s sushi scene, back in 2008!
