The Palisades

The Palisades homes have luxurious architecture, designed by the talented James K.M. Cheng. Most homes features cozy gas fireplaces, five appliances, gourmet kitchens, in-suite laundry, radiant electric baseboard heating and spectacular views of the ocean, coal harbour, mountains and city life surrounding.

Your stay with us entitles you to access the following building facilities.

The concierge may help you with questions related to your building, its security, and your neighbors; however they may not know the specifics of your stay.

Fitness Centre
At The Palisades there is a gym in each tower. In the west tower the gym is on level 2 and is open 24-hours. In the east tower the gym is located on level 3 and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests staying at The Palisades may use either gym.

Bike Storage
You are welcome to use our secure bicycle storage lockers which are located in the parking garages of each building. Bicycles parked in the bike lockers must be tagged with your suite number.

Please come to the Guest Services office to get a bicycle storage key and to register your bicycle.

For temporary bicycle parking there are bicycle stands located outside the front doors at The Palisades.

Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms can be booked hourly at no charge or for longer periods for a small fee. Each meeting room seats up to six people at a time. Please speak to the concierge for meeting room availability.

*Please note that there is no Wi-Fi access in the common areas of the buildings including the meeting rooms.
