Owners of apartments at The Residences on Georgia and The Palisades are eligible to participate in the Vancouver Extended Stay program, after meeting very specific criteria regarding condition of the apartment and quality of furnishings. We are proud to report close to full occupancy rate year round. This is a result of our established brand, massive number of returning customers as well as high number of new inquiries we constantly receive from our established website and other booking sources.

Owners have an option to stay in your own suite for unlimited number or days in a year. Personal use of the suite is subject to availability, and should your suite not be available for the requested dates, VES will make best efforts to accommodate owners in another suite. Given that Personal use of the apartment is not limited to specific number of days in a year and includes possibility of staying in another suite, different fees may apply depending on the particular reservation made. arrangement found. For owners considering spending part of the year in Vancouver, our program offers great flexibility, allowing the apartment to generate revenue while owners are away, and be used as vacation property when in Vancouver. Many owners might consider this option as a very attractive one, as otherwise part time resident owners may potentially be subject to recently introduced Empty Home Tax or Speculation Tax

- Hands-On Management
Typically, unless alternate arrangements are made, all stays include housekeeping services. Our in-house experienced housekeepers ensure that the apartments remain at the highest possible standard at all times. Frequent housekeeping services allow housekeepers to note all deficiencies, which in turn allows us to attend to varies repairs and maintenance issues before they develop into costly damages. Our in-house maintenance crew can attend to reported problems quicker than any outside repairmen and are usually more cost effective. Our Sales and Guests Services office is located at the lobby of the west tower of the Residences on Georgia which provides us with the unique ability to offer a warm welcome to arriving guests.
