The Vancouver Extended Stay Rental Program
Specializing in the extended stay service industry, our apartments are located in two luxury condominium towers in Downtown Vancouver: The Residences on Georgia and The Palisades on floors 3 through 36. If you own an apartment at either of those buildings, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to join our rental program.

Since 1996 our team at Vancouver Extended Stay has been the leader in the extended stay industry, and continues to be the most established provider in Downtown Vancouver. We proudly set the industry standard, and received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence numerous times.

If you own an apartment and live out-of-town, this program could be for you! Owners currently participating in our extended stay rental program enjoy:

- High occupancy rates: We always have close to 100% occupancy rate as a result of our established brand and growing number of returning customers. These include corporations, film productions and those travelling for business or pleasure.

- High rental revenue: as all apartments participating in our rental program are fully furnished, they are generally more profitable comparing to renting apartments unfurnished
- Hands-on management: As part of our housekeepers duties, they frequently access the apartments and report all deficiencies. This allows us to attend to various repairs and maintenance issues before they develop into costly damages. Our in-house maintenance crew can attend to reported problems quicker than any outside repairmen and are usually more cost effective.
