Guest Services Office
Vancouver Extended Stay Guest Services office is located right across the Alberni Street, in the lobby of the west tower of the Residences on Georgia, at 1288 West Georgia Street.
The office is open Monday through Friday between 9am - 5pm. The Guest Services can be reached at 604-891-6153 or via email at guestservices@vancouverextendedstay.com.
In case of after-hours emergency, you may reach the Guest Services at the emergency number 604-551-1696.

Concierge
The Concierge desk for the Palisades is located in the lobby of the West Tower, at 1288 Alberni Street.
The Concierge is on duty between 7am and 11pm, with the security relieving the Concierge during the night hours. You may reach the Palisades concierge by dialing 604-801-5323
Gym
There is a gym available to residents of The Palisades.
In the west tower, the gym is located on level 2 and is open 24-hours.
The east tower gym is located on level 3 and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Vancouver Extended Stay guests staying at The Palisades may use either gym.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms can be booked hourly at no charge or for longer periods for a small fee. Each meeting room seats up to six people at a time.
Please contact our Guest Services office so we can assist you with booking the meeting room with the building concierge.
Bike Storage
You are welcome to use our secure bicycle storage lockers which are located in the parking levels of each building.
Please visit the Guest Services office to get a bicycle storage key. For temporary bicycle parking there are bicycle stands located at the front doors to The Palisades.
Strata Bylaws and Rules
The Palisades complex is a strata titled development. As in all strata properties, there are bylaws and rules, which all residents must abide by.
It is important that all residents are familiar with all their rights and responsibilities, as they all are part of the community enjoying the wonderful building and its common areas.
